What began as a small consultancy helping friends navigate property purchases in Costa Rica has evolved into the region’s premier real estate advisory firm with offices in 7 countries and a portfolio of over $215 million in successful transactions.

Our journey started when founder Michael Reynolds, after 15 years in corporate real estate development, relocated to Costa Rica and encountered firsthand the challenges and opportunities of international property investment. Recognizing a need for transparent, reliable guidance, he assembled a team of local experts, legal advisors, and fellow expats to create a comprehensive solution for international buyers.
